Thanks Xiaoqizhao, just in case people don't scroll down to read the comments, I posted your GitHub URL above. Also, thanks for your feedback on the Pizza tutorial. I'm creating a new version with your corrections. I've been busy lately so not sure when I will publish that but I think I should get around to it before the end of this year.
